Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 5–12 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, remote locations, weather events, or peak periods. The Bluey Bag is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates. The Bluey Bag is not liable for parcels once they have been accepted by the carrier and tracking shows delivery has been completed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@theblueybagg.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by the carrier but will assist in lodging a claim where possible.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. not collected, incorrect address, refused delivery), we will contact you. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bluey Bag's liability in relation to shipping is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from shipping delays or non-delivery.
