Return & Refund Policy Last updated: June 2025 Our return and refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Your Consumer Guarantee Rights Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Change of Mind We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theblueybagg.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL. Return Conditions Authorised returns must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items Not eligible for return (unless faulty): items used or damaged after receipt; items without original packaging; clearance or final sale items. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays by your financial institution. Return Shipping Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price.
